It's perfectly safe. Our system uses the latest security

provider. This information can be found on your statement.
Make a payment online
Automated payment - anytime
Want to make a payment quickly - without having to talk to
anyone? Have your debit or credit card ready and call 0800
432 0007 (freephone) or 01772 667007
(charged at national rate). Select the automated payment option
when prompted. This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Other ways to pay
Paying by direct debit is secure. It means there is no need for
you to leave home, queue to pay your rent or worry about
remembering to pay on time. It's also the cheapest way for us to
collect rent. This helps us keep our rent affordable.
For information about direct debit or using a payment card at a
Paypoint centre, read our paying your rent booklet. It also
contains lots of other useful information - like how we can help
you with rent arrears and housing benefit.
When you've made a payment
Make a note of your receipt number. If you've paid online you
can email the receipt to yourself on the receipt page.
Help and support
If you have any problems, questions or queries about your rent,
call our income control team. They can refer you to our financial
inclusion team for advice and support if you are having
money problems, or contact them yourself.
Why paying is important
Rent is our main source of income. We use this money to carry
out repairs and improvements to the homes we manage. It helps us
continue to provide a good quality service. It is your
responsibility to pay your rent, even if you are claiming housing
benefit. Your tenancy agreement and annual rent increase letter
sets out what rent and any service charges you need to pay.
