Responsibility and timescales

As part of our customer service standards we have targets for completing repairs:

  • Priority 1: emergency repairs that are an immediate danger to your safety, security or health or may lead to serious damage to the property (completed within 24 hours).
  • Priority 2: urgent repairs affecting convenience or comfort (completed within 5 working days).
  • Priority 3: routine repairs are non essential repairs (completed within 20 working days).

Note: we may need to carry out an inspection beforehand.
