We own and manage 250 properties in East Craigs. We work in close partnership with the estate developers and local community. We're committed to securing the future of our homes as well as the wider area.

Our priorities

We're currently:

• developing 18 new affordable homes. This is part of the wider regeneration of the North Bughtlin Market site
• delivering a Climate Challenge Fund project. We aim to save 65 tonnes of CO2 emissions through increased recycling. We're working with the East Craigs Wider Action Group to achieve this
• improving the green space in Fauldburn Park and other public spaces in the area. This is in partnership with the community and the City of Edinburgh Council.
