The Southside wraps round the east end of Edinburgh City Centre. Our 831 homes range from old tenement properties to modern flats. 

We also have a popular sheltered housing development along the Royal Mile at Fountain Court.

We're working on two current Care and Support projects. One is at Horizons and focuses on young people. The other supports older people at Pleasance Day Centre. It provides day care services and activities for older people. It provides a useful community hub in the area and is available to let for local groups and organisations.

Our priorities

We're currently:

• working with Historic Scotland to find solutions for improving energy efficiency at our older properties. We're committed to helping our customers reduce their fuel bills
• helping find a sustainable solution for the currently vacant Crags Sports Centre.
