Newtongrange is a former mining village. It's 10 miles south of Edinburgh, in Midlothian. 

We've 370 properties in this community. We also own St Annes - a sheltered housing complex with 36 flats. 

Our priorities

We're currently:

• Working with local youth and employability groups to deliver a sustainable landscaping and gardening project
• Identifying and implementing solutions to improve the energy efficiency of homes in the area
• Finding a new use for the area housing office building which closed in September 2011.
