This neighbourhood is located in north Edinburgh. It includes the Waterfront Regeneration and West Pilton areas. We own and manage 147 mixed-tenure properties.

We're working hard in this community to complete building developments. We're also integrating old and new communities.

Our priorities

We're currently:

• securing funding to complete the development at West Pilton. This will result in an additional 92 mixed tenure affordable units
• securing funding for employment or apprenticeships for 2 young people
• developing our plans to improve the green spaces in the area
• supporting the Pilton youth and children's project which provides vital youth work services.
