Online payments

You can pay your rent, services charges and other payments online. It is possible to make an online payment without logging in to your account.

You will need your payment reference number and a debit or credit card.

Make a payment

Direct debit

The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. Once you're set up, payments will come out of your bank account automatically.

If you are not already setup, just call us and we'll set it up for you. Payments can be weekly, fortnightly 4-weekly or monthly.

There are no charges to set up a Direct Debit and you are guaranteed a refund from your bank or building society in the unlikely event that an incorrect payment is taken.

please remember to make a note of your receipt number when making a payment


Telephone payments

You can make a quick payment without having to talk to anyone. Call our automated telephone payment service on 0131 657 0600.

This is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please have your payment reference number and debit or credit card ready.

Calls to local numbers may be cheaper or included in your call package. Always check with your provider.


Other ways to pay

You can set up regular payments from your bank account to our account via your online banking or by contacting your bank.

Please ensure that you quote your payment reference which is on your rent statement.
