Castle Rock Edinvar

Castle Rock Edinvar is a charitable registered social landlord regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and the Care Commission. We are part of Places for People which is one of the largest property management and development companies in the UK. Castle Rock Edinvar has two subsidiary companies: Places for People Scotland Care and Support and Lothian Homes.

We manage over 5600 homes in Edinburgh, West Lothian, East Lothian, Midlothian, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, East Dunbartonshire and Falkirk.

We are controlled by a voluntary Board with a range of skills and experience to help the business. The Board’s role is to ensure that we meet our legal and financial responsibilities, approve and monitor the annual budget, business plan and policies. The Board delegates the day to day running of the organisation to senior staff.

You can apply to become a Community Member of the association if you are interested in the work we do and services we deliver.
